My community activities include: Hickory Service League, Landmarks Society, Museum of Art Guild, Western Piedmont Symphony Guild, Catawba County Chamber of Commerce, Catawba County Council or Arts, La Danse Club, Lake hickory Country Club, holy Trinity Lutheran Church and the Catawba Valley Executives Club. In 1995, I served a three year term on the Hickory Regional Planning Commission.
